Engagement season is here! I absolutely love this time of year because while it may be the end of the year it is flooded with people making plans for the future.
Here is a few of my favorites from an engagement session I did back in November. The Santa Fe trail in Tulare is one of the most ordinary places but nothing compares to the color of those trees in the fall.
This sweet couple is tying the knot in just a few weeks in January. Talk about starting the year off right. Congratulations to them and all the other couples headed down the aisle in 2018.
Engagement season is almost upon us and I'm not gonna lie I can't wait. To help calm my eagerness I thought I would share Janey and Ryan's too-cute-for-words session from October.
Janey and Ryan are tying the knot this coming May in Madera at The Branch and Vine.
Let me preface the rest of the story by saying Janey is adorable- she's every photographer's dream bride. She's gorgeous and loves to dress up and has impeccable style. (she's a blogger too- see @cultureandthecountry ) Ryan is her perfect match. He's funny and down for anything as long as it puts a smile on her face. Plus- I mean they Photograph like this!
We did the first half of the session in Old Town Clovis. I think my favorite thing was this arch and the fact that Ryan's pocket square matched Janey's dress. (adorbs right?)
We then headed on over to Ryan's parents' where I fell in love with the sweet Sanger countryside. These vineyards + that sunset....
We had such a good time plus I got to meet my new best friend- Fran! (Fran is Ryan's mom) Fran quickly turned into my "second shooter" as she caught photographic evidence of me riding in the back of a jeep along the property chasing that light! Then to top it off- she sent me home with cookies! Here are a few of my favorites from the farm.
